Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seal Beach, CA, seeks an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Experienced or Senior) to join ESG's fast-paced, government-focused environment. You will lead the scheduling discipline, ensure IMS/IMP alignment, and deliver robust performance reporting across development, production, and operations programs.

Responsibilities include IMS development, risk assessment, what-if analyses, and cross-functional integration with IPTs and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 3+ years using integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera.
• 3+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or related work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with Program Management.
• Align IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan, CP analysis and detailed schedules.
• Assess schedule risk, identify opportunities, and produce Earned Value and performance reports.
• Integrate supplier and partner plans into IMS to synchronize team cadence.
• Model program execution with schedule performance analyses and what-if scenarios.
