Job summary

Qualifications

• Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Project/Project Server for scheduling.
• 5+ years in planning, scheduling processes, EVMS, and cost analysis.
• Expertise in project management theory, critical path, risk management.
• Experience with executive briefings and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise IMS, aligning programs, suppliers, and functions.
• Lead schedule/resource integration with prime/subcontractors and USG teams.
• Establish enterprise scheduling standards and EVMS/DCMA-compliant metrics.
• Perform schedule quality assessments, SRA, Monte Carlo simulations, resource loading.
• Resolve schedule conflicts and capacity shortfalls across the enterprise.
• Interface with USG during audits and reviews; lead Schedule Network and risk framework.
• Mentor schedulers; develop training and governance materials.
• Collaborate with PMs, CAMs, Finance, Contracts, SE, and Supply Chain.
• Drive adoption of MS Project Server, Full Monte, Deltek Cobra, and automation.
• Conduct capacity planning and what-if modeling for decision support.
