Lockheed Martin Corporation in Texas seeks an experienced Integrated Program Planner to lead a diverse team and own schedule development for major missile defense programs.

You will build and maintain IMS/IPS, analyze risks, guide mitigation actions, and support negotiations with customers while ensuring on-time delivery of critical milestones. Onsite role with flexible schedules and strong total rewards.

Formación

• Proficient with MS Office applications and project scheduling tools.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience delivering project briefings to internal/external customers.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost/Schedule integration.
• Ability to maintain and develop IMS/IPS schedules with integrity checks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison for program directors and senior planning leadership.
• Lead and mentor the Planning team with day-to-day direction and training oversight.
• Prioritize tasks with Planning Manager and guide corrective actions.
• Ensure timely delivery of planning artifacts aligned with objectives.
• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development, production, and sustainment.
• Track progress, safeguard schedule margin, and report variances.
• Perform risk analyses and identify critical paths with mitigation strategies.
• Support negotiations with customers and stakeholders with schedule insights.
• Develop and manage proposal and execution schedules against milestones.
• Recommend schedule revisions and funding reallocations to keep programs on track.
• Integrate cost and schedule data and oversee Earned Value Management.
