Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Staff, Integrated Program Planner to support the Strategic Missile Defense Programs. The role spans multiple sites, interfacing with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management to develop compliant IMS reflecting contractual scope and resources.

The incumbent will drive integrated schedules, perform critical path analyses, and deliver IMS metrics while ensuring alignment with the IMP, policies, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of program planning experience.
• Strong experience with a program planning tool (e.g. Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, or a comparable program/project planning tool).
• Experience briefing internal and external customers.
• Experience with DCMA DECM or schedule compliance Metrics.
• Experience resource loading schedule an Integrated Master Schedule, IMP development and Earned Value Management.
• Experience in Open Plan or similar scheduling tool.
• Due to programs being supported, must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) including ensuring integration between the IMS and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
• Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule and supplemental schedules
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses
• Provide planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms. Ensure Schedule Accuracy
• Perform schedule integrity checks
• Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics
• Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
• Support all phases of the proposal through submittal to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks
