Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Huntsville, AL seeks an Integrated Program Planner to support Strategic Missile Defense Programs by developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management across sites, ensuring accurate contractual scope and resources for program execution.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience using a program planning or related tool (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional).
• Experience briefing internal and external customers on complex issues.
• Experience with DCMA DECM or schedule compliance metrics.
• Experience resource loading schedule and Earned Value Management.
• Experience developing an IMS with IMP, SOW and WBS traceability.
• Must be a United States citizen and able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across programs.
• Ensure IMS/IMP integration with the Program Summary Master Schedule and other schedules.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses.
• Provide planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler.
• Perform schedule integrity checks and generate IMS reports and metrics.
• Present schedule information to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with Program Planning policies and LM standards.
• Support proposal phase activities, including SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks.
