Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced Integrated Program Planner in King of Prussia, PA. You will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment with the IMP and SOW, while coordinating with Engineering, Business Ops, and Program Management.

You will brief senior management and support multi-site execution across Strategic Missile Defense programs. The role requires a United States citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and 6–10 years of program

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience using a program planning or related tool (e.g. Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera).
• Experience briefing internal and external customers on complex issues.
• Experience with DCMA DECM or schedule compliance metrics.
• Experience resource loading schedule and Earned Value Management.
• Experience developing an IMS with IMP, SOW and WBS traceability.
• United States citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure IMS/IMP integration.
• Maintain schedule integration across multiple master schedules and supplements.
• Perform critical path scheduling and risk analyses.
• Provide planning support to operations and master scheduler in monthly rhythms; ensure schedule accuracy.
• Generate IMS reports and present schedule information to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with program performance management policies.
