Lockheed Martin, Dallas-based, seeks an Integrated Program Planner to support the planning team in developing IMS, conducting risk analysis, and delivering schedule-driven insights for mission-critical programs. The role collaborates with cross-functional experts to align cost, schedule, and performance.

The position emphasizes precision, data-driven decision making, and close client coordination. A US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Exposure to network scheduling tools such as MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience achieving team-oriented objectives.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations.
• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and delivering Program Planning products/deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using PSMS as baseline.
• Conduct risk analyses (probabilistic and deterministic) and identify driving paths and mitigations.
• Create proposal and execution schedules and track milestones and parameters.
• Integrate cost and schedule data throughout the program lifecycle for visibility.
• Provide inputs for Earned Value Management (EVM) systems and reporting.
