Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Integrated Program Planner for the Missiles and Fire Control sector in Dallas, TX. Responsible for designing and sustaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive on-time, cost-efficient program execution across critical defense programs.

You will support senior planners, develop schedules, analyze risks, and translate data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with networked schedules and critical-path methodology.
• Exposure to scheduling tools such as MS Project, OpenPlan or Primavera.
• Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and delivering Program Planning products/deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
• Conduct risk analyses (probabilistic and deterministic), identify critical/driving paths, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Create proposal and execution schedules, then track performance against defined milestones and parameters.
• Integrate cost and schedule data throughout the program lifecycle to maintain alignment and visibility.
• Provide inputs for Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to measure and report program performance.
