Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Program Planner, Staff to lead the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development, production and sustainment programs. You will analyze complex data, manage risk, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive execution.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, conducting schedule risk analysis, and ensuring cost/schedule integration through the program lifecycle with experience in EVM and network scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in planning or program-management-related discipline.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule integration.
• Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs using PSMS.
• Track progress against baselines and maintain schedule margins to contract dates.
• Perform risk analysis and identify critical paths; propose resolutions.
• Support negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposal and execution schedules; assess progress.
• Recommend corrective actions including schedule revisions and resource allocations.
• Maintain cost and schedule integration throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
