Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Program Planning Team in Orlando seeks an Integrated Program Planner to design and sustain IMS for development, production, and sustainment programs. You will monitor progress, perform risk analyses, and coordinate with customers and stakeholders to keep programs on track.

The role emphasizes EVM oversight, schedule integration with cost data, and leadership briefings to drive execution in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with network scheduling tools (MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical-path methodology.
• Experience delivering leadership project briefings.
• Experience with Schedule Performance Management techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management.
• Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for programs.
• Monitor program progress against baselines and contract dates.
• Conduct risk analyses and identify critical paths with mitigations.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders for decision-making.
• Create proposal and execution schedules and track milestones.
