Job summary

Lockheed Martin's Integrated Program Planning Team in Dallas, TX is seeking an Integrated Program Planner to design and sustain Integrated Master Schedules for development, production, and sustainment programs. Qualifications

• Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical-path methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver leadership project briefings.
• Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new and existing development, production, and sustainment programs.
• Monitor program progress against baseline plans, ensuring schedule margin aligns with contract dates.
• Conduct risk analyses (probabilistic and deterministic), pinpoint critical paths, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders in negotiations and collaborative decision‑making.
• Create proposal and execution schedules, then track performance against defined milestones and parameters.
• Recommend corrective actions—including schedule adjustments, fund reallocations, and resource requirements—to keep programs on track.
• Integrate cost and schedule data throughout the program lifecycle to maintain alignment and visibility.
• Implement and oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to measure and report program performance.
