Job summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler (Project Management, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client in Charleston, SC. This role develops and maintains an IMS across programs and modernization initiatives, consolidating schedules and identifying cross-project dependencies.

The Integrated Master Scheduler will work with project teams and PMOs to provide an actionable portfolio-level view, support governance, and deliver executive-level schedule reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program scheduling experience in a PMO or multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across programs and initiatives.
• Consolidate schedules, milestones, releases, migrations and critical activities into an IMS.
• Identify cross-project dependencies, critical paths, and schedule risks; provide portfolio views.
• Create portfolio roadmaps, dashboards and executive-level schedule reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering and leadership to resolve discrepancies.
