Job summary

Ibility, based in Gaithersburg, MD, seeks a Senior Project Scheduler to design, develop, and manage the Program’s SMP and IMS for CCN NG, VFMP, and related EDI efforts. You will closely coordinate with technical leads, project managers, and VA stakeholders to ensure accurate schedules and enterprise reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of IT/healthcare scheduling experience, with strong MS Project skills and IMS integration experience in Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for large IT or healthcare programs.
• Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance.
• Experience integrating schedules into IMS and supporting Agile cadence.
• Proven experience with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create updated, current project schedules and update/maintain weekly.
• Validate MS Project schedules against commitments and resource availability weekly with VA PMO.
• Coordinate tasks for IMS integration and communicate updates to IMS schedulers.
• Develop macros for MS Project to streamline scheduling processes.
• Document dependencies between schedules and update impacted IMS components.
• Provide monthly status meetings with VA PMO leadership on scheduling progress.
