Job summary

The MIL Corporation seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler (Project Management, Senior Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. The PMO Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated, portfolio-level view of schedules, milestones, dependencies, and key activities across various programs, projects and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project/program scheduling within PMO or multi-project environments.
Strong understanding of milestones, dependencies, critical paths, schedule variance and risks.
Experience consolidating multiple project schedules into an integrated program view.
Ability to develop executive-level schedule reporting, roadmaps and milestone views.
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, Jira, Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across applications, projects, and major initiatives.
Consolidate project schedules and milestones into an integrated portfolio view.
Identify and track cross-project dependencies, critical paths, and schedule risks.
Monitor milestones and identify activities at risk or behind schedule.
Create portfolio-level roadmaps, dashboards, and executive-level schedule views.
Establish scheduling standards and conduct schedule quality reviews.
Coordinate with PMs, engineering and stakeholders to maintain accurate schedule information.
Facilitate cross-project schedule discussions and communicate impacts to PMO and client leadership.
Support portfolio planning with an integrated view of planned work and milestones.
