Job summary

Chenega Corporation seeks an experienced Master Planner Scheduler to lead Integrated Master Schedules for DoD and national security programs within our PMO. You will transform program requirements into actionable timelines, coordinate multiple project schedules, and provide leaders with accurate, timely insights for decision-making.

The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
Experience developing integrated project schedules for complex programs.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for DoD programs.
Establish and maintain program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across projects.
Analyze schedule performance and identify risks and recovery options.
Provide schedule status reports and executive briefings to leadership.
Support planning activities including resource forecasting and milestone tracking.
Collaborate with Program Managers, technical teams, subcontractors, and customers to validate data.
Conduct schedule risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate schedule reviews, planning sessions, and PMO meetings.
Maintain schedule management processes and ensure alignment with contract deliverables.
Monitor schedule variances, earned value metrics, and program performance indicators.
