Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Chelmsford, MA is seeking an Integrated Program Planner to design and sustain Integrated Master Schedules for critical programs. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive schedule-driven decisions and translate complex data into actionable, on-time insights.

You'll influence mission-critical programs across development, production, and sustainment, with exposure to multi-domain systems and earned value management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in planning or program-management-related discipline.
• Proficiency with network scheduling tools (MS Project, OpenPlan, Primavera, etc.).
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance.
• Experience with Production/Sustainment/Depot Operations.
• Experience with WBS development and integration.
• Experience with proposals and submittals.
• Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation and integration.
• Advanced Excel including macros, lookups, VBA.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment processes/tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development, production, and sustainment programs.
• Monitor progress against baselines and ensure schedule margins meet contract dates.
• Conduct risk analyses and identify critical paths; devise mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders for decisions.
• Create and track proposal and execution schedules against milestones.
• Recommend corrective actions to keep programs on track.
• Integrate cost and schedule data across the program lifecycle.
• Implement and oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
