Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of experience in planning or program-management‑related discipline.
• Earned Value certification (preferred).
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance.
• Experience with production, sustainment, or depot operations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development/production/sustainment programs.
• Track progress against baselines and ensure schedule integrity.
• Perform risk analysis and identify critical paths to support resolutions.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to drive program execution.
• Prepare schedules and assess progress against plans and parameters.
• Maintain cost/schedule integration and support EVM implementations.
