Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando seeks an Integrated Program Planner to design and sustain Integrated Master Schedules, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategic decisions and ensure on‑time solutions for mission‑critical programs.

You will lead a Planning team, mentor staff, manage IMS/PSMS, analyze risks, and coordinate with engineering and production to keep programs on track while pursuing accelerated career growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Experience developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis using MS Project / Deltek Open Plan.
• Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration.
• Demonstrated team building and leadership abilities.
• Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for program directors and senior planning leadership.
• Lead and mentor the Planning team, providing day‑to‑day direction and training oversight.
• Partner with the Planning Manager to prioritize tasks, assign personnel, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality planning artifacts that align with objectives.
• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for development, production, and sustainment programs.
• Track program progress against baseline plans and report variances.
• Perform risk analyses, identify critical paths, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Support negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage proposal and execution schedules and assess milestones.
• Recommend corrective actions including schedule revisions and scope adjustments to stay on track.
• Integrate cost and schedule data and oversee Earned Value Management implementation.
