Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Level 3 Program Planner to lead detailed scheduling networks from design through operations. You will coordinate with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to align objectives with the performance baseline and manage integrated master schedules.

The role requires 3–7 years in program planning or scheduling, strong EVM knowledge, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Open Plan and MS Project proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of professional experience in program/project management, operational planning or scheduling.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency in a project management scheduling tool (Open Plan preferred) and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and project control.
• Ability to compile and present information to management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design through operations.
• Interface with Engineering, Finance, Business Ops, Supply Chain, and Program Mgmt.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules to validate scope, workflow, and resources.
• Drive progress, monitor changes, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Negotiate handoffs between product areas and plan contingencies as needed.
• Publish and present planning metrics to management.
• Represent Planning during new business capture processes.
