Job summary

SNC is seeking a Senior Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst in Colorado to provide expert scheduling oversight for complex programs. You will develop integrated master schedules, drive schedule risk analyses, and mentor junior schedulers while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for national security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher; 6+ years in project planning/scheduling; substitute with 10+ years of experience if no degree.
• Strong scheduling proficiency with software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master schedules for highly complex projects.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of plans to ensure integration across the enterprise.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify schedule risks and mitigate them.
• Identify critical path and network logic conflicts using advanced project management techniques.
• Prepare and present detailed schedule reports to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate scheduling data and coordination.
