Job summary

SNC is seeking a Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to lead the development of integrated master schedules for highly complex projects. The role emphasizes advanced scheduling methods, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

You will mentor junior schedulers, drive best practices, and present schedule insights to senior leadership while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 8+ years in project planning and scheduling; 12 years if no degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tool.
• Excellent follow-up and proactive communication.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-faceted teams to drive issues to closure.
• Deep knowledge of EVM, DCMA 14-point & IPMDAR.
• Mastery of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated master plans and schedules for complex projects.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans for enterprise alignment.
• Perform advanced risk analysis to identify schedule risks.
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Prepare reports and present schedule status to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate scheduling data.
• Mentor junior analysts on scheduling techniques and best practices.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making on scheduling.
