Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general insurance or related field.
• Valid Life/Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent). High School Diploma/GED required.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance product lines, carrier compliance, and agent distribution channels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, webinar platforms, and modern web-based CRM tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to persuade high producers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle high-volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Educate independent agents on product portfolios and assist with technology and compliance to maximize production.
• Mentor junior marketers and strengthen carrier relationships; help shape strategic direction.
• Partner with Agents to drive revenue growth and improve distribution effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives within the department and manage priorities.
