Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in general insurance or related field.
• Valid Life/Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent). High School Diploma/GED required.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance product lines, carrier compliance, and agent distribution channels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, webinar platforms, and modern web-based CRM tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to persuade high producers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle high-volume calls.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years in the general insurance industry or a related field (financial services, B2B customer service/call center, or digital marketing).
• Valid Life/Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). High School Diploma/GED required.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance product lines, carrier compliance, and agent distribution channels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), webinar platforms, and modern web-based business/CRM tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a proven ability to persuade, establish credibility with high producers, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle high-volume calls and balance multiple urgent priorities independently.
