Pacific Life in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA seeks an Internal Wholesaler to drive life insurance sales across the Broad Market channel. You will partner with field leaders to meet regional objectives and expand distributor networks.

The role emphasizes promoting Term and Universal Life products, delivering trainings, and onboarding new BGAs/IMOs while leveraging digital tools to improve efficiency and producer success.

Formación

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of business experience.
• Insurance or related sales or wholesaling experience.
• Licensed for Life & Health Insurance Sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals for Broad Market Life Insurance within the assigned region.
• Grow and maintain BGA and IMO relationships.
• Collaborate with FVPs and NSM to implement regional sales strategies.
• Promote Pacific Life products and digital solutions to distribution partners.
• Lead onboarding of new distribution relationships to ensure quick start.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars on product concepts, underwriting, and sales.
• Maintain CRM records for distributor contacts and activities.
