Responsibilities

• Understand complex insurance issues and their potential impact on the clients' business.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive and lead execution against effective project plans, anticipate potential issues, and provide structured solutions.
• Lead a workstream or component of a project, creating client deliverables via interviews, analyses, and clear recommendation content.
• Develop meaningful client relationships by understanding stakeholder needs and credibility.
• Support Alpha FMC's broader business evolution, including co-authoring whitepapers and market research.
• Contribute to the Alpha community with proactive contributions to business management areas.
• Maintain broad understanding of Insurance Industry challenges and Alpha's practice areas.
