Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead end-to-end project lifecycles in the P&C insurance sector, onsite in the Great Columbia Missouri area.

You will foster relationships with clients and vendors, develop project plans, manage risk, and deliver complex programs with cross-functional teams, backed by a meritocratic, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines; certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager within the P&C Insurance Industry (underwriting, claims, distribution, or related functions at an insurance carrier, MGA, broker, or consulting firm).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner; executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex programs or technical initiatives with cross-functional teams, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely, within-budget, and satisfactorydelivery.
• Act as the primary project/program contact, fostering strong relationships and maintaining opencommunication channels.
• Understand complex insurance issues and their potential impact on Alphas' clients' business
• Engage with stakeholders to drive & lead execution against effective project plans, anticipate potential issues, and provide structured solutions to ensure a successful client engagement.
• Lead a workstream or component of a project, taking responsibility for the creation of client deliverables by facilitating client interviews and workshops, performing analyses, synthesizing clear insights from complex information, and developing content that clearly articulates recommendations.
• Develop meaningful and successful relationships with clients and vendors by understanding the different needs of stakeholders and establishing a high degree of credibility.
