Job summary

Farmers Insurance District 44-14 in Atlanta is seeking two seasoned insurance sales producers for an agency in Kennesaw with strong growth potential. Expect to use referrals, networking, and a results-driven approach to build Home/Auto bundles and repeat business.

Position requires licenses and a track record of new-business production; training will occur onsite in Kennesaw with periodic in-person meetings in a remote, production-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of demonstrated insurance sales experience; 5-8 years preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license; Life insurance license strongly preferred.
• Proven success selling and bundling Home + Auto and developing multi-policy households.
• Demonstrated new-business production and closing ability.
• Experience generating business through referrals, prospecting, networking and centers of influence.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referrals and networking.
• Bundle Home and Auto to grow multi-policy households.
• Manage pipeline using CRM and maintain follow-up discipline.
• Sell value over price in a remote, production-driven environment.
• Attend initial onsite training in Kennesaw and periodic in-person meetings.
