Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance or consulting; or a master’s degree with 2 years.
• Experience with insurance technology platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Sapiens/Adaptik) and BI tools.
• Ability to define business/technical requirements and design architecture for implementations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions across insurance tech programs.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk and align requirements with architecture and implementation plans.
• Assist engagement teams through analysis of requirements for technology compatibility and vendor selection.
• Collaborate with diverse client teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions.
