Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Insurance Technology Consultant to lead technology-enabled transformation programs for clients in the insurance industry. You will work directly with clients to translate business needs into robust technology solutions across policy, billing and claims domains.

Ideal candidates bring strong experience with Guidewire or similar platforms, data migration, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field; 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with insurance technology implementations and integration with multiple systems.
• Strong skills in business and technical requirement definition, system architecture design, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Analyze requirements and map them to architecture, data models and integration plans.
• Guidevendor selection and oversee implementation across project lifecycle.
• Support risk mitigation and process improvements through technology solutions.
