Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced technology professional to guide insurance technology-enabled transformation initiatives for P&C clients. You will translate business problems into scalable digital solutions, leveraging Guidewire suites and modern front-end stacks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform architecture design, and drive end-to-end delivery across requirements, data mapping, and integration. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Tech, or related field with 5+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire and front-end frameworks; ability to map business requirements to design.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business problems into technology solutions across architecture, data, and integration.
• Lead analysis for quick-to-market digital solutions and develop implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and client IT to ensure risk remediation and process improvement.
