Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant work experience in P&C insurance/consulting.
- Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance tech platforms is preferred.
- Strong ability to define business and technical requirements and design architecture.
- Experience delivering system implementations through full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate client business problems into technology solutions for insurance tech projects.
- Support remediation and mitigation of process risk across engagements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align requirements with architecture and data models.
