Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Insurance Technology Consultant to work with global clients on technology-enabled transformation programs within the Financial Services Organization (FSO). You will analyze business requirements, design architectures, and guide implementation across insurance domains such as claims, policy and billing, using platforms like Guidewire and related tools.

The role requires 5+ years of P&C insurance experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with relevant P&C insurance experience.
• Experience with Guidewire or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in defining business and technical requirements.
• Design of business/technology architecture and data mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Analyze requirements for alignment with architecture, infrastructure, and implementation plans.
• Support engagement teams through project lifecycle activities including testing and delivery.
