Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Insurance Tech Consultant to transform business problems into technology solutions across claims, underwriting, policy and billing. You will support digital platform integration, data management and architecture design while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on client engagements.

The role requires strong Guidewire experience, front‑end development skills, and ability to drive end‑to‑end implementations with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/Tech with related frontend experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, React/Angular, and related tools.
• Proficiency in system selection, architecture design, data mapping and integration.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end system implementations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transform clients’ business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk during engagements.
• Analyze requirements for alignment with digital solutions and architecture.
• Assist engagement teams with vendor selection and implementation planning.
