Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of consulting/architecture/tech experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication.
- Experience delivering architecture deliverables for large transformation programs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs, data/middleware integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformations.
- Create architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, and data.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Contribute to target-state roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate platform capabilities and provide technology recommendations and trade-off analyses.
- Assist with integration architecture efforts including APIs and cloud services.
