Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Life & Group Insurance architecture transformation teams. You will design, implement, and evolve target-state architectures supporting policy administration, underwriting, claims, and servicing, while aligning with modernization roadmaps and cloud-first strategies.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive governance, and stay ahead of industry trends in AI, data, and cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of consulting/architecture experience.
• Experience across Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience with policy administration platforms and PAS landscape.
• Knowledge of cloud-native solutions and APIs integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformations.
• Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and support solution option assessments, including technology recommendations and trade-off analyses.
• Assist with integration architecture efforts, including APIs, middleware, cloud services, and enterprise system connectivity.
