Job summary

New York Life is seeking a seasoned Sales, General, or Operations Manager in Waltham, MA to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and agent development. You will conduct interviews, craft career overviews, and drive training, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure top talent advances to full-time status.

You will coordinate with management to set short-, mid-, and long-term goals, support pre-existing clients, and navigate licensing and compliance processes including FINRA registrations.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and mentoring high-performing sales professionals in financial services.
• Experience coordinating with a team to drive revenue and operations.
• Experience using Salesforce and tracking company metrics.
• Ability to provide customized financial solutions and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to advance candidates through the four-stage interview process.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and present career overviews.
• Explain onboarding processes and support new hires.
• Provide coaching and training to agents for performance mastery.
• Perform performance reviews and strategic planning with agents.
• Collaborate with management to set and monitor short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
