Aptitude Software Limited, in collaboration with Fynapse, seeks a Principal Sales Engineer for insurance to lead complex, multinational deals from qualification through delivery handover. You will own technical architecture, regulatory narratives and joint commercial models, working closely with executives to win strategic opportunities.

Formación

• Direct pre-sales experience in insurance (carrier/vendor)
• Deep knowledge of insurance finance operations (IFRS17, US GAAP)
• Track record owning technical side of largest enterprise deals
• Expert-level financial-transformation and enterprise-architecture knowledge
• Fluent MEDDPICC qualification and deal-health discipline
• Experience authoring complex, regulated RFP responses

Responsabilidades

• Lead across New Business, Account Management and Partner-led motions on large insurance pursuits
• Co-own commercial construct and multi-year models with the Account Executive
• Shape multi-region, multi-product insurance transformations and roadmaps
• Drive insurance-focused demos, architectures and POC approaches
• Own largest bids' architecture, security and regulatory sections (IFRS 17, Solvency II)
• Set handover standards to delivery and manage escalation when scope shifts
