Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Principal of Business Development for Insurance within Financial Services. You will own the sub-vertical strategy, revenue targets, and joint GTM with resellers and hyperscalers, driving pipeline and bookings for Insurance solutions.

You will bridge technology with market needs, addressing Solvency II, IFRS 17, GDPR, and AI-driven underwriting. This role emphasizes co-selling with partners and global cross-functional alignment in a hybrid, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading strategic business development or alliance management in tech/insurance domains.
• Deep understanding of insurance carriers’ core systems, actuarial and claims workflows, and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pipeline & Financial Performance: lead booking targets and multi-year growth plans.
• Define the Insurance value proposition to drive growth and market leadership.
• Architect & execute joint GTM plans with priority partners and internal teams.
• Orchestrate strategic alliances with key partners for reference architectures and go-to-market motions.
• Enable and mobilize the partner ecosystem with tools, training, and guides.
