Role requires a licensed P&C Insurance professional with 5+ years in sales leadership, strong communication, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering results. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance sales leadership.
• Proven track record in sales performance and leadership.
• Strong team-building and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support profitable agency growth over a large region.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop Insurance Sales Professionals and Insurance Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with onsite leaders to manage dispersed staff.
• Recommend strategies to grow the agency and achieve goals.
