Job summary

AAA Oregon/Idaho is seeking an Insurance Sales Coach to support and train our Insurance Professionals. You will create and lead coaching initiatives to boost agent performance while ensuring high quality insurance business and member service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), a Property & Casualty license, and at least 2 years in insurance or a related field. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus and compensated accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Property and Casualty license required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing sales coaching to Insurance Professionals to improve agent performance.
• Develop and maintain coaching programs to help agents meet organizational goals.
• Support Insurance teams to maintain quality of business written by AAA Oregon/Idaho.
