Job summary

AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a Service Manager to join our Insurance team, based in either Boise, ID, or Portland, OR. The role provides operational leadership of service strategy, oversees supervisors, and partners with Sales and Operations to sustain growth and a consistent member experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, a P&C license or ability to obtain it, 5+ years in insurance service, and strong leadership and analytical skills to drive performance and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Current Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• 5+ years in insurance service, agency operations or related environments.
• Proven leadership experience supervising multiple service functions.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines service, workflows, retention, and member experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership of service strategy for the insurance service org.
• Lead Service Supervisors and leads; establish retention expectations.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to support agency growth.
• Manage service operations using KPIs, data, and reporting.
• Drive process improvement and technology adoption in operations.
