Zachary Burke Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Sales Producer to join our high-performing team in Minnesota. You will leverage provided leads to market, sell, and build relationships across our product portfolio.

This role offers in-office, hybrid, or remote options and a strong pathway to uncapped earnings with competitive benefits and ongoing training. You will drive new business and deliver exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Lines (Auto and Home Insurance) sales experience for a fully remote role and be Property & Casualty licensed.
• Must be resourceful and tech-savvy.
• Client-facing background is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Generate quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policies.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Cross-sell and upsell existing clients to deepen relationships and boost retention.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals; paycheck depends on results.
• Build referral partnerships with mortgage lenders and real estate professionals.

• The Agency will provide leads to help generate sales

Requirements

• Must have Personal Lines (Auto and Home Insurance) Sales experience for a fully remote role and be Property & Casualty Licensed
• Must be resourceful and tech-savvy
• Client-facing background is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
• Must be motivated, independent and determined
• Highly Preferred: General Lines Property and Casualty License (will help obtain license)
• Highly Preferred: General Lines Life & Health License (30 days after employment, will help obtain license)
