Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to join our rapidly growing Farmers Insurance agency. The role involves contacting leads, quoting and selling auto and home insurance, and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.

You should be outgoing, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls. A Property & Casualty license is preferred, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with customers
• Quote and sell auto and home insurance
• Explain coverage options, discounts, and policy details clearly
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Meet monthly sales and activity goals
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency procedures
• Provide professional, friendly, and responsive customer service
• Work with agency systems and CRM tools to track leads and sales
