Responsibilities

• Prepare and process certificates of insurance in response to business requests.
• Maintain policy and binder logs; track outstanding documents and follow up with brokers after policy expiration.
• Support policy reviews by completing standard templates and organizing final documents.
• Coordinate team travel and prepare expense reports, monthly tracking worksheets.
• Submit and monitor ServiceNow requests through to completion.
• Maintain team website content and other shared information resources.
• Lead records and information management activities, including annual inventory cleanup.
