Marsh is seeking an Insurance Risk Analyst to join the Speciality-Insurance Operations team in Detroit, MI, with a hybrid work arrangement. Qualifications

• Executive-level team support role requiring 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• 5–8 years in the insurance industry or knowledge of insurance practices.
• 5–8 years providing administrative, operational, or business support in a professional environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process certificates of insurance in response to business requests.
• Maintain policy and binder logs; track outstanding documents and coordinate follow-up with brokers after policy expiration.
• Support policy reviews by completing standard templates and organizing final documents in repositories.
• Coordinate team travel and prepare expense reports, monthly tracking worksheets, and related distributions.
• Submit and monitor ServiceNow requests through completion.
• Maintain team website content and other shared information resources as changes occur.
• Lead records and information management activities, including annual review of the document inventory and cleanup of shared-drive records.
• Update and distribute weekly Insurance Risk Management tracking logs and record attendance for recurring activities.
