Job summary

Qualifications

• Insurance knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience providing administrative, operational, or business support in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process certificates of insurance in response to business requests.
• Maintain policy and binder logs; track outstanding documents and coordinate follow-up with insurance brokers after policy expiration.
• Support policy reviews by completing standard templates and organizing final documents.
• Coordinate team travel and prepare expense reports, monthly tracking worksheets, and related distributions.
• Submit and monitor ServiceNow requests through completion.
• Maintain team website content and other shared information resources as changes occur.
• Lead records and information management activities, including annual review of the document inventory and cleanup of shared-drive records.
• Update and distribute weekly Insurance Risk Management tracking logs and record attendance for recurring activities.
