Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or closely related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-backed recommendations
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset, and familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, and digital workflows

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, prioritization, and execution of operational improvement initiatives across the reinsurance value chain
• Assist with current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions
• Develop structured project plans, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work on time and within scope
• Assist in the design and implementation of process reengineering efforts, including workflow redesigns, SOPs, and operational playbooks
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training material development, and adoption tracking
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, measure impact, and support decision-making
• Contribute to strategic planning cycles by preparing briefing materials, monthly and quarterly business review decks, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership
• Build trusted relationships across the organization while demonstrating strong analytical skills, effective communication, and disciplined execution

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Operations team, part of our reinsurance business at Marsh.This role will be based in New York, NY. The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.

This role will partner with cross-functional teams to assess current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, scalable solutions. Drawing on a consulting background, this role will help translate complex operational challenges into structured project plans and deliver results with speed and precision. We will count on you to:
