Job summary
Porch Group is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Insurance to provide legal services to the Insurance division and executive leadership. You will lead regulatory initiatives, manage the Insurance legal and compliance team, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance company strategies and successful market launches.

- Ability to guide senior leadership on regulatory risk and compliance strategies.
- Proven track record building scalable policy frameworks and governance programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to senior leadership and Insurance carrier executive team.
- Lead and develop Insurance legal and compliance team.
- Own strategic legal initiatives tied to company objectives.
- Prepare insurance filings, governance reports, and board materials.
- Coordinate with Finance, Product, Compliance, and Claims to drive outcomes.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership promptly.
- Develop and maintain insurance compliance framework and playbooks.
- Manage outside counsel to obtain specialized advice.
