Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking an Insurance Compliance & Regulatory Senior Lead to guide the Insurance Operations team. You will own complex regulatory responses, oversee carrier audits, and partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to fix systemic issues.

This is a remote role with a high emphasis on executive communication and process rigor. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in insurance, 3+ years in regulatory compliance, and at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years insurance experience, including state regulatory compliance.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven track record managing regulatory inquiries and carrier audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication with legal/compliance focus.
• Knowledge of NAIC model regulations and market conduct standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee escalation operations for complex customer complaints.
• Manage regulator communications and carrier audit relationships.
• Translate audit findings into product and process improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready complaint logs and timely regulatory responses.
• Lead and coach team handling customer service, compliance, and claims support.
• Prepare regulatory reports and documentation for examinations.
