Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Commercial Insurance Assistant Client Manager in Chicago for a hybrid schedule. You will support Client Managers, handle administrative tasks, and manage certificates, endorsements, and client inquiries with accuracy.

The role requires at least 2 years in insurance, strong data entry and client-service skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in P&C insurance preferred.
• Knowledge of multi-line Property & Casualty insurance products required.
• Experience with AMS systems (Sagitta) and data entry highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients alongside Client Managers in the ESPI Division.
• Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and loss runs timely.
• Educate clients on policy coverage, changes, and needs.
• Document activity in the Agency Management System accurately.
• Support sales process and carrier quote workflows as needed.
• Maintain professional client relationships and timely communications.
